- project greenlight australia top 100 screenplay -

From the more than 1200 entries to the inaugural Project Greenlight Australia contest in 2005, my first-ever screenplay Prey for Survival was peer reviewed and rated as one of the Top 100 scripts.

With feedback from Script Assessors at the Australian Writers Guild, I am in the process of rewriting and improving my script, with the goal of seeking representation for it and ultimately having it optioned by a major studio...one can hope (and dream)!

Stay tuned for future updates....

Plot Outline

Six university friends decide to take a ski trip and spend a week of their winter vacation in a remote wooden ski lodge in southern New South Wales. Intent on spending their time skiing, drinking, sleeping around and having a good time, they are quick to suspect a sick prank when a member of the group suddenly vanishes without a trace. However, the discovery of large mysterious footprints cast fresh in the snow lead to them suspect something much more terrifying than a simple practical joke. Boxed in by a heavy snowstorm and miles away from the nearest town, there is nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. Tensions run high as the remaining few are forced to face their fears and find out who or what is behind the terror...before it's too late.
